What do you all think about filters on pictures?

I personally think it's false because these filters hide a multitude of things.

Filters for colour changes are great and correcting red eye etc, those that change the look completely are ok as long as people know that 70 year old Marge really doesn't look about 19

I like a monochrome low-res filter.

I’m not a fan of Snapchat filters which rearrange your face.

Sadly these days a photo rarely goes without some kind of alteration, pimple removal or a small manipulation is ok, but altering bodyshape is a no-no for me. I use snapseed on most of my alterations it’s good for quick small adjustments.

I've seen it before when a woman had no ass hole because the beauty filter was set so high!

Also, Ive turned up for a meet before and she looked nothing like her pictures, shame because on txt she came across really nice and I would definitely accepted what she considered as flaws.
