People pretending to be a couple

For some reason in the last week or so I've had an influx of couples profiles contact me talking about mmf threesomes.
As the conversation goes on it becomes clear that it is actually just a male who wants more pics.
Why?!? I mean just be honest and I'll still probably send pics. No need for so much deception. |

I know the feeling. I had three “couples” send me messages yesterday and each of them had a reason why the (imaginary) female half wasn’t comfortable showing herself. |

I had one this week. A 50s guy was promising me his 19 year old girls friend.
Must have thought I was born yesterday. He went quiet when I can why they are not photo verified. |

We get that all the time. They get half way through the chat then suddenly explain that the female half isn't currently playing, just him.... Yeah alright |

We get it all the time! They are apparently a couple but it's only ever the male available to meet! We just laugh at it now. If they are honest to begin with we'd probably meet! |

We literally found that was happening so often it put us off being on Fab and we deleted our account after it became so frustrating and time wasting. Typical us, we're back on again, this time with a different mindset basically assuming all couples are single males and just not having expectations to arrange meets. Quite nice to be able to chat with like minded people and see how it goes.. |

When a couple I knew from work joined fab they asked me about Fab, the first thing I said is about 50% of couples profiles are single males.
Got to be honest they didn't believe me at the time and now having been on here a few months now they do and say that they think it's higher.
As to why I wish I knew and it's a shame that fab doesn't do anything when you report them. |

Completely appreciate this situation. It constantly happens to us especially after a long conversation where we imagine finding a couple that finally relate with our interests. |

I tend to believe that unless they are at least pic verified it is likely to be at best a guy dreaming about involving his wife in his swinging fantasies without her knowledge or at worst just a single guy without a partner. There are definitely profiles that appear on a periodic basis that claim they are ‘new’ but use the same pics as before, or guys with couples profiles that always go online when their wife is ‘out’.  |

Even worse, some of these "couple profiles" are meet verified. I had a bad experience because I trusted the verification. Some people just meet the male half an decide to verify a couple's profile. They are not aware of how people could misuse it. |

Allow me to be on the otherside of that conversation.
We are a couple and we have plenty of veris to prove that. We also play sepeatly. Sometimes real life , mostly due to work, just gets in the way.
What's really "laughable" is that if I put up a meet for just me (and I'm always clear about it being just me) people like yourselves who we've never met and do not know our situation automatically dismiss it as some sort of dishonest scam but if it was my wife, those same people can't wait to message.
That's not a personal dig at you by the way. That's just how it's gotten on fab due to the sheer amount of piss takers on fab now.
Because truth is, there are a lot of accounts that are just single guys pretending. Bumped heads with a few ourselves.
On the flip side, we've met plenty of great people through meets, socials and clubs. When I do post a meet for just meet, those are the people who know who we are as a couple, know we are on the level and know we meet seperatly.
Point is, some people have honest profiles (I know we do) and it makes no difference on fab. We're at a point where people are automatically assuming the worst on here because of the behaviour of a minority.
And if you really want to avoid the bullshit, all you have to do is filter our unverified people. You'll still get a few fakes but you can only fake so many veris.
