I've only ever achieved P spot orgasm once, with the help of a patient girlfriend, and a large vibrating dildo. The p spot massager I bought a few years back feels good, but doesn't hit the spot and the vibrations are too weak.

Mine feels good but I've never had the very difficult to achieve p-spot orgasm from it. I think I need to invest in something that vibrates for that.
