I think it has entered popular culture, combined with the ease of which cages can be obtained and changes in both sexes regarding gender sterotypes and bedroom fun, and it is very much on the rise.
Another way to look, is look at the google search history trend for 'chastity cage' as a phrase and you'll see a steady rise since 2004 (their tracking start). |

Only one (so far). It went well considering I would say that the 'humiliate the male' flavour of the cuckold scene is not my preference. I prefer more the stag/vixen flavour where the husband takes an active role, even if it's only arranging the position for his best viewing pleasure.
The husband acted a bit like a servant to his mistress. It seemed to work well, everyone enjoyed themselves and no animals were hurt in the production, can't really ask for more than that. As I say, wasn't my first choice of scene, but sometimes it's good fun to push the boundaries out. |

I've been caged by L for over 10 years now.
