I have been transitioned 13 years and never once heard of this practise of rubbing that cream .

ive even tried googling it nothing lol ... there is such a thing as natural shrinkage more in some than others this i know because of my hubs losing his erection and in 4 years he has shrunk to half what he was so the use it or lose in does have alot of truth in it ...and ive heard of hormone replacements legal and non legal ... castration of the testicals will also cause shrinkage .... but never heard of hemorrhoid cream that made me think bullshit as soon as said cream |

Mine’s naturally small but when I’ve worn a cage for a long length of time (pun intended haha) it has got smaller, especially when the cage is regular changed for a smaller one. It’s always pleased my owners to see it getting smaller so that has made me happy. |
