I once read an article in the magazine 'Maxim' -which has (or maybe had. I'm a nurse and can only say to those thinking of dabbling with urethra and sounds play (the metal instruments) then don't unless your partner is a health professional.
The risk of infection is massive as sounds must be surgically sterilized, the urethra must be spotless , the environment sterile and extreme care must be taken so that damage is not inflicted on the urethra. If damage or infection occurs...you could be facing a lifetime of trouble passing water.
