I use FB term loosely for pure sexual relationships, kinky play dates, more like a booty call arrangements, all boundaried with mutual expectations and working well for temporary measures, whereas FWB is more like genuine friendship relationship, with company, outings and a side dish of sex but with a great possibility of either part getting hurt when feelings, oftentimes not reciprocated, get involved.
Neither one works for me at the moment so I’m interested to hear your thoughts. |

Neither term does much for me.
Friendships are wide and varied in there intentions and applications. If you’re happy to be intimate with a like minded soul then it needs not term or categorisation.
The recreational sex fraternity seem to be obsessed with names and labels. |

If you're not wanting to get emotionally involved then nsa and searching for a match for your criteria is part and parcel of meeting people. If you're looking to enjoy or explore more regular sex, have a laugh but still have the freedom to do what you want, fb's or fwb doesn't mean relationship, more trust between people.
I suppose it comes down to your outlook and what it is you are after as people come to fab with different ideas of buddies, relationships, attachment and so on - they want it, they fear it, they need it, they'd rather not have it etc.

Righlty put.
Way too too many labels used loosely and growing as people get way over excited and throw lots into forums and all sections of fab.
Keep it simple. Agree yes/no. Social meets and what ever else.
Its becomeing very clear plenty of hot air all talk not much action is really going on in the way of agreed mutual fun and pleasures.

I've had a FB on here and while yes it was kind of fun but it ran its course .
I have an amazing Fwb who is a true friend on here as well as in my real life. I can trust him and tell him anything and he can with me as well.The sex is a great added bonus. 
So I would definitely pick a fwb over a FB anyday . |
