A couple of people have said they recognise me now but its not who they think it is. I guess its thrilling if you don't mind people knowing but for me personally its a life I keep private as I hate the judgement. It also depends on how its delivered....both mine were "is that really you". A little more messaging later and they are still trying to find out who I am with no replies to who they are and how they know me |

Haven't really been recognised. But I (Mr) recognised a female that I used to work with. Sent a message to break the ice.
To cut a long story short, she ended up coming round for drinks and we all had a great night. |

Definitely wouldn't do it with everyone we happened to recognise, I think it all depends on the person/people. |

"Hiiii..soo I may have been recognised a couple of times now...do others deal with it?
I have found it thrilling beyond imagination but also super wary and cautious!
Xoxox"
Being recognised by people you like and share your interest, it is probably good, for others, block block button |

The nearest I have got to this, as far as I am aware is that I hillwalk naked. I saw a person and their dogs about half a mile ahead so I carried on walking along the same track. As I turned a bend, she was just returning after doubling back. We had a laugh and chatted. There was no embarrassment. She has since walked with me, her clothed, me naked, as I showed her the paths. |

I've had more people at parties and clubs say didn't I see you in so and so place.
The only folks we have ever met outside a club or party they seemed more embarrassed than us.
It's a quick hello how are you, lovely to see you and move on.
No fuss, no drama. |
