I am hoping to find a woman on here to have a relationship with who's comfortable with my sexuality.
There must be some successful stories from meeting off here and then getting together to carry on swinging as a pair. |

I met my other half on here. Got engaged a couple of weeks ago and moving south soon.
It’s certainly been the best way to meet someone that aligns with my views and wants on sex and lifestyle.
Although it’s not remotely what I was looking for when I first joined, or expected to find. A very happy bonus to Fab. |

nope we met the vanilla way and to be honest i would not have wanted it any other way we knew we wanted each other before we talked about swinging ... if anything was to happen and we split (will never happen) the last place i would look for a new partner in fab or dating sites 28 years on this scene ive seen so many try and fail some do make it but many dont |

Totally agree - its hard enough on vanilla dating sites to meet someone I am mentally compatible with then to add on the swinging element makes it very, very, very hard.
I would be very open to having a long term swinging relationship with someone from fab - but am sure the single women on fab are swamped with men… |

If I were you I would not use fab to find a relationship, or at least that wouldn’t be my goal. Fab is full of men and the majority of those men are arseholes but also make themselves very attractive options for a relationship, then once they fuck they remove their lovely masks to reveal they are fuckboys so getting a woman to trust and buy into you is a whole different challenge, not to mention the disparity between real life hot and fab “hot” |

From my perspective I find it both inefficient and mentally draining trying to explain my ethically non-monogamous stance to vanilla women on dating sites.
So I now only use OkCupid. It's the only one I know of that has a non monogamous option in the profile and search filters. |

Ultimately they're saying I am yes. But I don't just come out with it saying I am so they don't know. Swinging is referenced subtlety to see their reaction.
Hence why I think if I'm lucky enough to find someone on here it'd be much better as they are already on my page.

For me a mental and intellectual connection makes the whole physical connection so much more easier and intense. If the parties involved can communicate then the issue of “feels” should be an easy one to navigate regardless of the final outcome. That’s all IMO |

I’ve done it. I’m ENM, and OKC, whilst it has good options for nonmono folk, is attracting The Wrong Kind Of People. I’m finding it a lot easier to meet people at clubs and develop from there, though. |

In theory, OKC is the app designed for these purposes. Unfortunately, it's full of scammers. Forget the people, the app itself is a scam nowadays. If I created a new account, I will get some 30 likes in a day which is too good to be true. Of course, I have to pay to see who they are. Once I pay, I find out that all the likes were from women living in China and Thailand. The weird thing is all the likes dry up the moment I pay money. No one looks at my profile. Once my subscription expires, I get another 30 likes.
Sad that an app with such great potential has turned into this. As you said, events and socials are much better. |

I met T.F.M.V (The future Mrs Vicar) on here and we get married in 10 weeks.
Neither of us were ever expecting to meet someone on Fab. It also meant that neither of us had to explain to a new partner about our kinks, wants and desires which has actually made us closer and more trusting. |

I’d be open to a relationship at this point. But non cohabiting which I think is a deal breaker for many. I like my space I like suiting myself at home but it could be lovely to have someone to go out for meals, theatre, shows, walks etc as well as sexy fun to talk to etc but I wouldn’t want to live with someone again I don’t think - but never say never right? |

I'm sure there are, and more than will admit it. It's normal to want a steady relationship/significant other, even if you embrace the swinging lifestyle as a couple. Cake and eat it scenario.
Both my past fwb really wanted a life partner, although I was always clear from the start that could never be me. Eventually they found them, and good luck to them.. |

We met on here almost 8 years ago. It wasn’t our intention it just happened. We now have 2 kids and still enjoy each other as well as the lifestyle.

I met an ex through here and we had a fantastic time together, but fab caused some insecurities from both sides, I think it would work with the correct relationship dynamic. It could be fun but I could also see it being a bit overwhelming. |
