Actually I'm being kinda flippant! Because of course we all come in very different shapes/sizes of course! But I'd say I'm currently sitting around a UK 18/20 (pics are current)... But frankly unsure what bigger consists of these days? I've frankly approached couples and stated I'm more than curvy? And yet they've stated I'm not

Some find me too big, for some I’m too small.
However I do think a lot seem to forget that being bigger means having a belly!

Not for me, got a few comments about how thin I was when I was younger from larger ladies, and given that I really struggled with anxiety it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant, so now I prefer women who have a similar body type to myself.
If someone's really nice and we get on I wouldn't let size stop me. A few curves can be really sexy, just need the right personality to go with. |

I was very self conscious of my size prior to being on Fab.
My confidence has improved ten fold in the last 3 years thanks to the kind of people posting here. So I'd just like to say a big thank you, you have done wonders for my self esteem and my mental health.
I still get the occasional insult but they are few and far between and normally linked to a no thanks reply to a message. That says more about them than it does about me. |

The double standard did throw me for a loop, what can I say, I was young and naive. There was also a lot of competition for similarly thin women at that age, and not a lot of demand for thin guys - that probably sucked even more. Looking back, it seems like an entirely unnecessary lose-lose situation.
At least I've aged well, if you ignore the thinning gray hairs. |

I think that bigger girls on FAB are far more confident than girls not on FAB. Everyone has their own preference but that should not negatively reflect on others. We prefer slim / athletic guys and girls, because that's how we are, and that's just what we like. |

I love knowing there are people here who like/prefer the bigger ladies and I have been getting quite a few more messages than usual after I changed my profike pic to show just how big I am.
BUT, and I must say this, why is it than IRL, ie not on Fab, what I get more than anything is insults, rude words and derogatory remarks.
If there are so many men into ladies like me, why do they seem to keep in quiet “out there”?
This is my personal experience (30+ years) and I realise not everybody may have been through this but it always bothers me a bit. |

We are returningvswingerscaftercc by a long break. Both of us lost our confidence and sex drive for various reasons. Mrs has always been very conscience of her mum tum and would never show it and hide it even on meets.
Circumstances have changed and we have decide to get back into the swing! Mrs feels so sexy and confidant now down to encouragement hun e and comments she has received on fab.
Last few pics we took. Mrs asked me to take them and put them up rso guts can see how sexy she is. This was a big step for her and I’m so happy she is comfortable in herself.
And a big turn on for me that she can now see how sexy she is and she wants to turn on other guys.
Fab had had a very unexpected positive effect on our relationship and lives in general

Tbh I’d say at least half of uk women would now fall into the ‘larger lady’ bracket - and accordingly around half the ladies on fab.
There are literally thousands of bbw threads on here - so it’s very easy to use that as a search criteria on the forums and find many lovely ladies to admire.

As a large lady I've only just stopped reminding people who message me that I am big. . Just to check out they really are interested in the larger lady. So self conscious for so long but it's starting to change thank goodness - maybe one day I'll get the full courage to post a whole body shot

As a curvy girl myself I can honestly say I have never felt more attractive than since I joined Fab. I have met some amazing guys and my confidence has grown so much. I'm actually more confident now than I ever was when I was smaller |

Being a bigger girl I’ve always struggled with life and my own body confidence in the vanilla world .. but I’m finding this lifestyle far more acceptable and non judgemental to where I’m more comfortable in my own skin nowadays.
Doesn’t help when people say I’m quite pretty for a big girl … like the two shouldn’t be together

I've always been more attracted to curvier ladies.
Probably a number of reasons, one being to me that maybe, subconsciously I see them as more womanly? Which could be down to having curvy women family members around me during my formative years?Although that is clearly a generalisation borne out of no facts and I know some very womanly ladies who are not very curvy at all.
Probably the fact I've a dad bod plays a part in that people tend to go for people on a similar level to themselves. Mind you even when I was younger and slim most of my gfs were curvy.

I think it all stems from what we have been indoctrinated to believe from exposure to media and TV. There has always been a beauty aesthetic that has been pushed on us (both male and female) and highlighted as the only way to be and if you're not in pursuit of this ideal, then you're a failure. But the ideal is set so that we fail. It's an ideal that appropriated by large companies/gyms/clothing brands/"health" brands to make money off our insecurities and then they blame the failing of the product on the consumer who then goes back for more out of guilt. If we were happy in our bodies, sooooo many companies would go out of business. The ideal also changes, so it's also impossible to attain and therefore you continue to spend.
The idealisation of this "body ideal" is also pushed on us as who we find attractive. As in, that's the ultimate, so that is what you must find attractive.
Fab is already an outlet/safe haven for people who want to explore outside of society norms within their relationships and sex lives. Therefore it's only logical that it's a safe place for people to be open about their attraction to "bigger" bodies. Whereas in the "real world" they may be berated or humiliated for their preferences due to the fucked up society we have who all have to want and look the same to meet the "ideal"

I'm a bigger person and enjoy people of all sizes but I do tend to lean towards those who are deemed "bigger" but I think that stems from me knowing my own body and therefore being more confident to explore a body that is similar and reach fruitful results! |

I've always struggled to come to terms with my size especially when body shamed by people close to me.
Don't get me wrong there are certain parts (can you guess which bits) that I'm very happy with but others no so much.
Initial meets are always awkward, with a sharp intake of breath when they first see you in all your glory but there's nothing more satisfying when they come back for more.
Let's all just enjoy our bodies for what they are.

Fab had been a marvellous place for building confidence. I've taken so many more pics of myself in general as well as more nudes
We are no longer the funny friend, no longer the one stood at the bar willing someone to talk to us....we are finally taking our place in amongst everyone else and I'm bloody loving it.
Ladies if you're struggling with confidence take pictures of yourself. From every angle. Get used to what you are seeing. Accept it. You don't need to love every inch of you, but appreciation for your body is a must. Look in the mirror, it's just your tummy and I for one will keep eating the cake as it is too damn delicious not too! |

I'm bbw and proud of it.. I used to struggle thinking I had to eat lettuce to try be thinner but why??? I've always had attention I've never been disgusted with my body. Sometimes think I need to loose a few pounds just for my health. And yes im now up to size 26 and have my swimming costumes ready in my case for my holiday. Don't Care what others think of me and its mainly women that look in disgust... who cares I'm me and I'm proud to be. |
