"Hi I love driving naked love the risk is there any others on here that love driving naked how does it make you feel"
There has been a few threads recently on similar lines. Flashing in public etc. Subjecting others to your nakedness in public is not right. They have not consented to this and should not have to put up with it. Just because you find it arousing does not mean it should be done. |

Yet you have a picture on your profile saying " when you are horny at work and want to show off" double standard. |

Very different to driving out in public naked. |

"Is it against the law to be naked in a public place?"
It's a problem if you cause offence. Being naked isn't actually against the law. That's what I'd been led to believe anyway.
If it's a guy naked and driving, nobody really going to see much anyway. Different if a woman really. |

"Let’s hope the police don’t see you"
What law would be broken by driving naked?
I know that it would be embarrassing to be stopped by the police for this, but what legislation do you think would be contravened?
It's a genuine question.

It is NOT against the law to be naked in public. The CPS have quite clear guidance on this (https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/nudity-public-guidance-handling-cases-naturism).
Being completely naked whilst driving would probably get you a ticket if you were driving without any footwear on as the police could claim that you did not have sufficient control of the vehicle.
I don't know whether they could actually do anything about the rest of your body being naked. |

No it’s not illegal to be naked in a public place! Surprised how many people don’t know this.
Last week a naked cyclist was seen bike riding through Ashbourne one afternoon. There was one call to the police with no action taken. |

Its a shame that so many people have such massive issues about the naked body. I always for some reason expect people on this site to be more tolerant? A lot of other countries seem to have a better attitude towards it, shame we dont. |

When the mood grabs us we are known to drive nude, it's risky and fun .
After riding in one of the Brighton Naked Bike Rides we were chilling out in Bristol Gardens in the cafe and two couples were talking about the bike ride .
Their opinion was that it was disgusting ,they had just fucked but apparently we were disgusting for cycling nude!
I don't get some people. |

If kids saw people naked more often it would quickly not be an issue.
Being naked is not the same as being deliberately sexually offensive.
In fact if kids saw naked people more often they woukd probably be more at ease with theirvown bodies..its raee to see size 18 ladies on tv....naked..kids only get to see as a rule beautiful airbrushed models...its unrealistic. |

"As naturists we get this a lot "what about the kids ?".
Bigotry is learned from other bigots .

Naturism is fine. There are special area's dedicated to the activity where other like minded ADULTS with the same interest can practice naturism.
Driving round naked where children could see is illegal. A distressed child tells their parents they've seen a man with no clothes on driving down the street. What do you think the police/courts would do? Being on a swinging site wouldn't be much of a defence would it. |

Unless a man was driving a tractor, I think most onlookers would be hard pressed even to see whether or not he was wearing trousers, let alone if his flies were undone, or worse.
The exception, of course, would be people in higher vehicles. I therefore suggest that concerned parents should stop transporting children in Range Rovers, for fear of what they might see from their even more elevated safety seats. |

Our kids were brought up as naturists , they are not naturists themselves now but leap into arguments on FB when bigots descend ,to defend us.
On the naked bike rides (and we have ridden in many in London and Brighton) there are loads of families cheering us on ,all seem happy and are cheering us on.
It's not illegal to drive ,cycle or walk naked .
Check your facts before writing rubbish. |

No but you could be looking at other offence, public decency, breach of the peace, section 5 public order depending on the circumstances. And yes I do know what I’m talking about |

The law wouldn’t do anything because it is not illegal.
However if you were thrusting your genitals in a lewd manner then the law would have lots to say - irrespective of whether you were naked or clothed.
It is the lewd act that is against the law not what you (or are not) are wearing. |

Actually, it’s open to all ages and it’s not a sexual thing. Children are often seen at nudist beaches here.
"Driving round naked where children could see is illegal. "
What law do you think this contravenes. Do a google search (The Crown Prosecution website is reliable. When you’ve done your search, tell me what law you think driving naked contravenes.
Thanks,

Nearly always in Scotland (I'm not familiar with the law there, sorry. It's different from the laws in the other UK countries.).
There's a big difference between walking through the town centre and into Tesco in the middle of a shopping day when compared to stealthily driving your car whilst naked in the dark hours.
In England, he was actually served with an ASBO and his conviction stems from breaching that.
It's all about context isn't it? The more people that complain about public nudity, the more likely the police will feel they need to something about it such as seeking an ASBO. It doesn't necessarily mean that what the ASBO seeks to stop you doing is illegal, just that by preventing you from doing a certain thing is likely to protect other people from harassment, alarm or distress.
His ASBO was issued after the police received about thirty complaints from people. How many complaints do you think the original OP would get from their suggestion of a naughty naked drive?

I'm absolutely certain my workplace has absolutely zero rules specifically about flashing. There's stuff about the law, bullying, ethics that could be used to cover (!) The eventuality of flashing a work colleague.
BUT
that's not the behaviour that was expressed. Someone can be in a room, by themselves, and flash a WILLING recipient, via the magic of Internet. Other than potentially misuse of company wifi, there's virtually no reason for their employer to have any kind of problem with it. |

You should check with your employer as this kind of behaviour comes under sexual harassment. Examples of unwanted sexual conduct include:
Sexual comments made via social media, emails or text messages. |

Naturism and public nudity is lawful when undertaken passively: sunbathing, swimming, cycling, gardening, maintenance, etc. Being naked and/or being seen naked is not an offence. Parliament framed The Sexual Offences Act s66 at the request of British Naturism and other interested groups specifically to exempt Naturists from criminality, even though they are exposed to view. A tiny minority of the population dislikes nudity or finds nudity to be morally wrong. |

I see that you have a public flashing phone on your profile and by the text on it you must find it arousing.
Being naked does always mean they are aroused it's just a person being naked. |

Driving naked in itself would not be deemed to be an offence unless it was considered that you were doing so to upset, threaten or cause distress, in effect behaving sexually.
That said, I suggest that when indulging you exercise due caution...... |

Around this time of year we are naked most of the time - we drive not only the car but the tractor in the buff - there is no one around for at least 10 kms. Have to admit it might not be risky in terms of voyeurism but it is in terms of sun burn

I lived in Europe for a few years, the attitude to nudity is far more relaxed than here. I tend to work by this rule of thumb (being autistic and not actually liking clothes that much)
Are you doing it because you have no issue with nudity, that it feels more natural or more at peace with yourself... Cool fill your boots
Are you doing it to get some form of sexual thrill? Then that is subjecting none consenting participants to your kink... That is not ok. |

Yet again, I see a few people trying to make the link between public nudity and jumping out of the bushes to scare some schoolgirls with an erect cock.
Those two are very different things.
Lots of people can get a sexual thrill (for instance, a sense of empowerment) without being overtly sexual. I go to nudist beaches and feel really good, quite sexy in fact, when I'm there. But I don't walk up and down the beach with a big hard on. (I do go in the dunes where this is quite common though).
The original OP was talking about getting a thrill from driving naked, like it's a bit naughty. They weren't suggesting that they get kids or another poster's nan to watch them fucking.

I am a naturist and even within those groups there are people who call others names if they are naked outside of an organised event
Being naked does not take effort, putting clothes on does. Or thats the way I feel
Being on Fab makes me a perv, being a nudist does not |
