Depends on how you're being used. Used respectfully is quite the turn on especially in a submissive context, though you'll be rewarded too.
Used just for his pleasure and you are denied?
Perhaps denied for a few hours or more...
Used where its almost to the point of no return and that's repeated several times over the course of day until he takes his orgasm?

You can absolutely ‘use’ a woman whilst respecting her as a person.
