Have you eve wondered why people mostly end their age band as a number like 30 or 55? Why not 37 or 61? Logically you ought to add your limit, say 5 or whatever to your own age, for example in my case I'm eleventy one and prefer a person to be not more than two years older so it ought to be eleventy three.
Do they remember to adjust an age limit like 55 to 56 on their birthday, not likely.

Love this!
Seeing as I’m eleventy twelve on my next birthday…
What is it with 40 being like the cut off into old.. I don’t feel old I don’t look old ( I hope) but it’s like all of a sudden invites to over 40 nights which is great but that’s not my preference. Can I bring my 26 yr old husband? He likes them older then I do. Now what?! |

If Only Fabswingers was more like life
Can you imagine being at a party fancying someone, but realise they might be 1 year or 2 under your 40yo minimum limit.
Do you
a) not take a chance with them
b) ask their age
c) chat 'em up anyway
d) decide you are at the wrong party and leave
e) go for the person with the craft gin bottle

My lower age limit will always be 10 years above my eldest daughter. It's not negotiable. I don't go to clubs or parties but if I did I wouldn't play with anyone if I thought they fell below that. |

Our upper limit really doesn’t change for me (f) but we did talk to in person a really nice couple that were just lower the other day and would of bent the rules for them. What people are like in person can be a game changer for us, age and looks wise |

Never really judged anyone on age in real life. I struggle to tell one 30 year old from the next for example so if i like how they are then i will chat with them etc. |
