This could be controversial but, if people are saying we should all be attracted to every part of a person, why do so many people filter their pictures, cover body parts with hands or bedsheets etc, use flattering angles and lighting and so on?
If we are meant to be attracted to every part? Why are we not all showing every part unedited?
I personally don't like seeing a woman obviously hiding parts of her body in her pictures but that's just me and my attention to detail is such that it's little things about a person I find attractive. I also find marks on a person's body can be very attractive.

Devil's advocate, how can you expect a person to accept your "flaws" when you don't accept them yourself. Can it be that you can't expect a person to want to see your "flaws" when you are not ok with showing them? Yes many people do get self conscious about body parts because of comments made by the OP and many others hear that have shown displeasure in certain types of body parts but surely its a catch 22 of sorts?
Also, I understand the attraction of a well thought out seductive pose in a picture. It beats the endless amount of the same picture of the same tits or ass on a profile. I get that everyone had a favourite body part but every picture being of that body part looses its appeal after a while.
