We have found the same problem you invite twice as many as you want and you are lucky if two turn up. |

It just depends on what numbers you’re thinking but generally if you invite 10 more than three turn up, take that as a win. I’ve been invited to a couple of these type of meetings, one of them was supposed to have been four guys and only I turned up, and another one for six guys and only myself and one of the turned up and he was very light |
