A cock pic is a useful tool (pun intended!).
But it needs to be one that shows true proportion, not in isolation, so combined with a shot from knees to waistline, or held in the hand showing all fingers, or standing upright next to a red bull can/sky remote/other easily identifiable object. Otherwise a clever angle can make an average 5.5" look like a monster.
Dress it up. Stick googly eyes on it. Make it wear a hat. Anything entertaining and amusing.
Hanging out of a random, unidentifiable arse or mouth on a single guy profile is not a good look.
A great cock pic is a nice sight. A badly taken one puts the profile right to the bottom of a very, very, very long list.

Upload just one pic and classify it as "Only friends" or "Private".
