I was all dolled up and was working late at work. I dared myself and took my thong off (it was getting uncomfortable anyway, so I thought why not).
I finished my work and I was walking down the street to get to the car park and it was pretty windy. I had my floaty mid-thigh length Skater skirt on, with Stockings & Suspenders.
It got interesting trying to keep most of my skirt down with only one free hand lol.
Then when I got to the car park, it was all locked. My car was locked in. There were no buses or trains nearby.
I had to wait a while (in the wind) for my friend to come and pick me up. Everytime I walked passed a car or a corner. My skirt just blew right up.
It kinda felt really nice and really naughty at the same time. Hehe..
