This is not always the case and there are various factors to consider. Mine are natural but I seen and felt ones that are enhanced and honestly wouldn't have known.

They really fluff up and the ones nowadays are very soft and can feel like any other boob x
I had mine like in February and they feel pretty soft x but are still perky and just have a natural drop x

Absolutely. I haven’t taken the plunge as yet. Partly due to lack of finances - and partly because I have very sensitive nipples (can almost orgasm from having them played with) and would be gutted if I lost that sensitivity. It’s a very important part of sexual pleasure for me. X |

My ex had them done ..
Her reason was she caught her ex husband in bed with another woman and she had big boobs.. so she thought that’s why he had the affair..
I didn’t like them myself, they looked ok when she was dressed, but she didn’t feel much from them and they always felt cold..
So sexually they were just left alone..
They gave her confidence and that’s important in this cruel world we live in..
Those poor young girls feeling constantly inferior.. and don’t get me started on those bloody lips  |

I love enhanced breasts. I think my brain automatically associates them with porn, so that helps. Also, as Kylie said I think they really help with confidence, and confident women with great breasts are basically super hot |

No most can tell if you are experienced with slot of breasts. They are more firm but if the lady has a lot of fat around them then they feel way more natural.
Example I am trans so had minimal breast tissue even with a few years on hormones before my first boob job. . While my boobs are squishy and wobble of sorts they are peachy firm and bounce back .
Now if a woman with good breast tissue same size as me they would be more squishy and softer and harder to tell.
Never had anyone complain though , all boobs are great imo |

I see no purpose for me in that final it of surgery, its a very long surgery that carries immense risk.. I have already had my face taken off and reconstructed / two boob jobs .some extenstive knee surgery (injury ) .. at 43 I dont feel a need to undergo that type of surgery as it wont make any difference to my life whatsoever ....(i am a transwoman and would still have to tell any partner this regardless of whats between my legs )
The world interacts with your chest and above/ face is the most important aspect ..cant function in society easily if you dont blend in to society as a trans person in my view.. we dont go around in life looking peoples genitals right ...
