Niche we know but our attitude is if you don't ask you don't get.
We love dance music and travel all over to attend events. We have kids so time is limited so would love to go clubbing with a couple or girl and then also combine it with some food, a night out and all being well, some play.
If you like dance music and like us, please give us a shout as we have found it quite hard to find anyone that is into similar as us.
Have a great weekend all x |

Thanks all for the posts. To be fair, we travel all over the UK and Europe when able so distance isn't usually an issue. We love a label of trance called anjunabeats if anyone has heard of them. If you haven't, check them out.
Be great to meet and dance the night away with like minded people. |

Don't think I'd want to have a nice dinner before a rave.
Back in the late 80s early 90s it would be a quick munch after work, shower, get ready and drive fook knows how many miles to wherever the rave was.
I'd be happy to meet up at a rave and get on it. Would I last till the early morning the next day? Doubt it lol

Massive Trance fan here, especially Above & Beyond. Great to hear there's a few of us on here and have swung a few times with other dance music loves after a night out together and it's definitely had that extra wow factor.
I'm in the North West and happy to meet up with anyone going out even just in a social capacity |

I was at the Torquay Clubland event on Friday night with the gf. We had a great time but didn’t find any like minded people there so just us went home after.
Paying for it badly with sore feet and legs two days on but would go again lol |

Thanks all for the replies.
Great to know there are others out there. Should be a UK swing dance music night. We always catch eyes with couples or girls and wonder if they do. We have had one or two post event swings after meeting a couple and getting caught up in the music and the night but wish it was more regular.
Cant wait to see so many acts over the summer too. We have almost a gig a month planned.
And for the a&b fans, may see you at the weekender in sep. |

Love it, I work on an event every 6 months or so with classic DJ's who play some banging tracks - last one was Friday with John Kelly and Jon Pleased Wimmin, before that we had Alex P, Brandon Bloc and Seb Fontaine. Next one should be a good one too, but not allowed to say who's been booked just yet! |

"Used to love the old piano tunes, all nighters at clubs round the NW , too old for it all now but still listen to it"
Never too old. We go with people into way older. Check out an album called 199x by genix. Modern but hints back to 90s. Thank us later |

The one thing we would say is if you feel you are too old for it, screw that. It's not true. We do a lot of anjunabeats gigs and the fan base ranges from 20s to 70s with many being from that 90s era.check our the label.
Such a mature but fun vibe. Know its not pure sex chat but hey, if you have been lost in the music, you know its amazing. Plus, might find like minded people |

"Original Raver here late 80's on wards..love all the Old Skool piano tunes, and Stu Allen the Old Skool king Sequins, Shaboo, Zone, Wigan Pier, Oz, Love shack, Empire all TOP nights out still gets my adrenaline pumping listening to some old cd's and tapes..
Empire all nighters were class as were zone , monroe's was one of my favourites, only small but what an atmosphere "
Yes Empire was a good night...those lazers and lights, but my fave was Shaboo before Zone, then Zone and Sequins...never got to Monroes, the small clubs always the best...feeling the music right in ya stomach....Wooooo |
