Is there a difference ? I think there is. One is someone you can chat to about all sorts of stuff in between meets and the other is one you just schedule meets for sex but not too much chatting otherwise. Am I wrong? |

Totally agree but there's definitely an overlap. Agree with the statements that the more towards the FWB spectrum you travel the less sex there is. But that's not always a bad thing? Maybe thats the truth behind the "you can make friends with swingers but you can't swing with friends" statement? |

I disagree with that personally.
Some of my best friends I've made through here, and it's the ones I'm closest to that I want (and have) sex with most.
Without that friendship, and that connection, things would drift between me and a FB and the sex would eventually stop. |

Maybe it's more my/our situation is that our best friends through here have drifted to being just friends than FWB. Life just gets in the way! Just trying to navigate my feelings by trawling the forum tonight! |

I'm guessing everyone's personality and situations are so different, it's going to affect each of us differently.
