That's not a surprise for every guy to get just one meet a year every lady would need to do a minimum 2 meets a week, there's just to many guys to ladies on this site so most men will be left disappointed
The best thing you can do is really use your page to promote yourself, update photos regularly make sure your profile shows you in the best light, why should someone meet you over the other 100 guys in their inbox
Engage in the forums, look for local social events, try a club get your name & face known
If you put the work in you'll get rewarded sadly most people think this site is instashag
