In a crisp poke on the A814

You mean is it against the law??

No....But it could look suspicious so dont be surprised if asked about it

You should do it in the day, it looks less suspect......I've shagged in the back of my car in day light in a car park, no one noticed, cos people really don't expect it....to busy going about their business!!!

It's important to know your rights, but be aware that the police don't always take too kindly to people spouting the law at them and what could have otherwise just been a friendly word can quickly escalate to something more formal.

The key areas to know are Sections 66 and 67 - exposure and voyeurism respectively - in terms of being caught in a car park.
