You have the best nude beach in the country on your doorstep, namely Studland.
You are correct however that there are fewer young people enjoying the clothes free lifestyle than say 20 years ago. At least for the 'free range' naturist there are some newcomers unlike the demographic for the traditional landed club, those of high gates and stuffy members...... |

We are warm weather nudists lol. We have a favourite nudist B&B in Spain which we go to several times a year.
Like to be warm when we get up naked at 8am and just warm at midnight chilling naked with a few beers and company. |

We go to nude beaches around the uk in the summer months.
Being naked outside in the sun is nothing to do with looks but how you feel, it feels great to be naked outside don't worry about what others think |

We go to the nudest beach in the warmer months for us it to enjoy the time together and it’s less busy than the normal beaches around us

We try only to go to beaches that are designated naturist or where we have the space to be nude and not be bothered or upset anyone. We are naturists in general lifestyle so it seems totally bizarre the idea of wearing clothes at the beach, but especially to wear clothes to go for a swim (a big part for us is a nice swim in the sea). As to why not many young people I believe is because our society has such a problem with the naked body and body image. So people tend to have to get a bit older before they have the self confidence and logic to give less fucks and be free. We didn't really do social nudity until the later part of our 30s. If it wasn't for the society we grew up in I think we both always would have naturist, it just feels more natural, free and human.
In our opinion on the balance of everything Studland is our favourite designated naturist beach in the UK. |

Naturism/Nudism in the UK does seem to be dominated by errr 'older' people and also with a significant bias toward males too (single and in couples).
There's a ton of reasons for this which would just take way too long to explain in a forum post (or rather it would be very boring).
Suffice to say that if you visit naturist beaches in the UK on warm sunny days you may see couples and 'some' of them you might consider to be younger, which I would say includes anyone under 40 but they will be in the minority.
Naturism in Europe however it is a different matter altogether. I have been to beaches and naturist resorts in spain, france and croatia and in general, while there is still overall a male bias it is no where near like it is here in the UK and the overall age range is much more evenly spread.
There are signs now that naturism is actually increasing in popularity among those in their 20's, which again has a fairly complex set of factors, but none the less is good news... and not just for the activity of naturism.
There's tons of resources on the internet to learn about where nude beaches and nude resorts are and I would encourage anyone who is curious about trying naturism to go for it.
Dont let that put you off going to UK nude beaches tho. I have been to many and never had any problems but you have to go in the knowledge that men will outnumber women significantly, there will be an older age profile, you are likely to find there are some clothed - sometimes fully clothed - people just there to look at the nude people and there will be the occasional creepy guy wandering about. However, generally speaking nudists are a placid and friendly bunch so just get out there and enjoy being naked. Dont worry about anyone else.

I haven’t been to a nude beach in the uk but have have been to several abroad. I echo the comments made previously - I’d add that naturism and nude beaches aren’t necessarily full of swingers (cap d’Agde and perhaps the dunes in Playa del Ingles aside) so it should really be fairly irrelevant what age the other beachgoers are. |

Our favourite beach is Morfa Dyffryn North Wales.
It's equally as nice as Studland but easier to access and 4 campsites and several B&B within walking distance of the nude section and lot's of cheap parking for day visitors (£4)per day last summer.

I have spent quite a lot of time in the area of Studland and completely love it. There is a variety of people that visit, it feels safe and the beach is just wonderful. If you like privacy there are the dunes but for me it is the naked swimming I love and the water there is glorious. I am sure abroad is better but its a bit of heaven for me. |
