The question really is does the idea of it turn you on?
For most people it's either the taboo because you're doing something you know maybe you shouldn't or isn't 'normal' (or that the other person is willing to), the sensual side of the warmth in various places, and for some it's a dom/sub type thing. |

When I worked as a Dominatrix we had a neat type of commode that allowed the Sub to lie down and put his head under the seat facing upwards.
Personally it never did anything for me but very obviously turned the Subs on.
