either arrange someone who does this type of meet, most men are happy to arrange it and get guys but my advise is do yourself
or invite all guys, dont be fussy on who, invite as many as you can as over half probably wont turn up.

Couldn’t agree more. My experience on here is half the guys just get off talking about things so they can blow they’re load, and then never show up to arrangements. |

1st You need someone you trust to arrange, supervise and manage everything for you and to protect your interests. Much better if they aren't going to get directly involved in fucking you!
Speak to everyone involved by phone and verify them as much as possible. Take time to clarify your ground rules and hard limits, and make sure everybody understands and agrees to them. The more time and energy they invest and commit beforehand, the less likley they are to flake out.
Do it in a hotel or air B&B if possible and take a fair up front deposit a day or two before from each for room, snacks, drinks and clean up ...
I know it sounds awful to monetize this, but again it's about getting the guys to commit.
If something is free you don't value it and it's easy to brush off.... by paying even a token amount, they are psychological committing themselves.
I've never actually participated in one but I've organised a few as gifts for friends and they were all very successful!
Best to tell people you are planning 2 events so you have least double the candidates ready to go the day before the 1st event you shortlist to half with a couple of reserves and confirm with deposits. And then in the unlikely event that all turn up you can stand the reserves down and return their deposits.

This is the best piece of advice.
For a recent "gangbang" I attended I was told by the organiser there would at least 30 guys for 3 women. Only 5 turned up and 2 left after 20 mins anyway. |

Be prepared for lots of questions like
Can I come early?
How many are coming?
I will it be one on one?
Than you will get messages along the lines
Not sure if I am brave enough for a GB
I am not free that day/time
After you get loads of message like that be prepared that 60% to 80% of men will not turn up.

A club is probably the best option; you’ll likely find that they’ll have the number of men you want (especially on a greedy girls event) and you won’t have to worry about finding a location to hold it. |

We hold regular gangbangs at our home.
Hubster finds the guys on various sites. The problem has always been that less than half the guys that big themselves up will actually turn up.
We always invite 40-50 knowing only 20-25 will arrive.
