Not sure about bi parties. I went there for the Big Beautiful Babes event last year. As I understand it it is a private venue that various people hire for events

Do you know it might have been a former vicarage. No idea! It was just a private detached house set up for a BBW event. Had a great night! Would definitely go back but as I live in the North it does take a bit of planning & travel
