Hi.

My first post, just wondered how people communicate when they have arranged a meet?

Let me give you a bit of background as to why I post this topic.

I received a message from a lady 160 miles away. We started chatting via the site and arranged to meet half way,for some fun. I passed on my number, yet found myself texting with time and hotel arrangements, only to receive the odd texts,saying hotel meet will be fun, can't wait,etc etc. As you can imagine I started to think something wasn't quite right,I text asking her to ring me so i could speak to her and arrange place to meet, yet again no response. I text today and said that due to her lack of communication I would like to put the meet on hold. Yet again no response. I've logged on tonight and found not only has she removed me from her friends list she has also blocked me. people who know me and have met me would know that I am in no way pushy, in fact I only sent about 5 texts in 2 days, she also stated that she hadn't received messages from me on the site, yet my sent box said the message was still unread,so I don't understand why this woman decided not to return my texts or even call! After all it was her who messaged me askin to meet. The lady is verified so I know she's reel.

Just wondered if the line of communication that she undertook was normal? I suspect it isn't but would like your opinions.

Could be so many reasons, may have been a bloke pretending to be a woman, or maybe she is in a relationship and can't text or call so often, many many more reasons.

thing is, you recognised there may be a problem and got out before it became one, good on you.

I think there are 2 sides to every story and its impossible to make any comment

the lady in question is also a site user therefore could be reading this very post

I would'nt like it if it was me he was talking about and I don't think anyone else would either
