See who’s near…

I’m not sure if many others use this feature on here but I love seeing who is near to us and who we might be able to recognise. Maybe they are sat next to us in a cafe or pub etc…
Do you use it?
Maybe comment below on those that are on yours right now who you would love to bump into…

We often check out this great little feature. When we're in a restaurant or pub and a profile says "under quarter of a mile" we instantly start to look around...

I've had a couple of occasions where we've met in the bar for a drink and a natter.
I'm on a very American forum attached to a porn site, and a number of years ago one of the guys I chatted to on there (Brit living in the Netherlands) happened to be in the same hotel in Hull on the same night I was there. It was too big of a coincidence to not meet up after chatting for so long!
I miss work travel and hotel stays. |

'touching distance' or 'within 2min walk' is really hot!
We had a couple within 2 mins walk of us whilst we were in our car at a big airport carpark once. We put a status up saying 'if you see us within 2mins of you, make some noise'. We heard a long car horn beep not long after  Shame we had a flight to catch. |

I have seen the part that shows within a quarter of a mile, but never within touching distance or a 2 minute walk. How do you get that function |

I feel like the touching distance note must be when the 2 phones are on top of each of other lol.

I've been in a hotel room with friends who are other fabbers and we never even got that. Just said "within quarter of a mile"  |

No, it literally says 'within touching distance' when you look on 'who's near'. The same profile can also say 'within a mile' if you then look on their profile page. It's a bit clunky. |

I put my phone next to hubby's so literally touching and looked on whose near and my couple profile still said within quarter of a mile ... seems my phone doesn't say it  |

I can't get my Samsung to work with it as I can't find the right place to activate 'who's near'. The mobile has blocked me as it clearly thinks I'm too fruity already! |

We do use it, especially if we are travelling around .
But not in our local area . |

That's what we like . Love knowing type of cpls . Many times you see the ones in your Hotlist as well . |

You need to be using the mobile version I belive and it is at the top right of the home screen just under the messages and search options.
You have to have your location turned on for it to work though. |

Did it on holiday once. And 2 cpls were 1 mile away from our resort. Never got to meet them tho or I don't think I did lol |

I'm also in a small village.
Normally only get people at about 2 miles minimum. But it seems like a fab couple have moved to within a quarter of a mile.
Not that I'll be contacting them.
Not sure if that might come across a bit strange |

I’ve used it before when I’ve stayed in a hotel. Ended up chatting to a bloke stating 2 floors down. I invited him up for spur of the moment meet. Had a quick play, sucked him clean and kissed him goodbye. Didn’t even exchange babes. Felt very naughty but very sexy! |

I often take a look. I live in a very rural area and occasionally see some people nearby. Nobody I know though.
I've used it on my local nudist beach and met some people to say hello, but that's as far as it went. On another occasion, I was invited to a meet, but I had to decline as I was just leaving.
I'm looking forward to using it when I do more travelling this year.

We live abroad and often have a peek to see who's nearby.
Although we're not meeting at the moment it's still lovely to see how many people holiday near us and their has been some beauties this year. |

Only used it in the summer evenings when we’re were “out for a drive”
It certainly surprised us as to how many are on it local to where we live, we do sometimes find ourselves looking at neighbours and wondering if it’s them but then again they could be wondering the same about us, lol |
