In 61 going on 62 with no verifications or meets so I'm wondering whether it's worth continuing. Shame, cos I'm horny as fuck and am still capable of offering a couple a good time with my wife's approval (who knows, she might even come and watch!). |

I still do:
Martial arts
Cold water swimming
Hill walking
Motorcycling
5-a-side football in fact recently it has become 9’s
Yes I’m just as fit as I was 30 years ago
However I do have trouble running as j by oth my knees are fckud |
