There’s lip sense by a company called sheer sense. It’s quite expensive but it doesn’t move until you take it off with their remover, comes in lots of shades. I haven’t tried it myself, but I know people that have and they love it! X

I agree wholeheartedly with the gorgeous Lucyfer, and on a clinical trial of one can confirm it doesn’t come off when giving aBJ.. or in contact with other intimate body parts!!
… it can be a buggy to get off with normal make up wipes though
