Viagra are great apart from the obvious side effects. A lower dosage almost always stops the severity of them but the heartburn is awful, I usually take some paracetamol, a decongestant and a lansoprazole  |

Viagra actually lowers blood pressure as it increases blood flow by widening blood vessels. Dangerous if you suffer from low blood pressure |

Cialis is certainly still available. I use straight Viagra 50ml, drink lots of water when I take it and find that suppresses the flushed feeling I used to get. Otherwise no side effects and quite a natural performance but as has been said, the effects vary from person to person. We are all different. |

Ensure you use a reputable UK supplier like Boots or Superdrug. From these suppliers, Sildenafil (generic Viagra) works fine. 50mg is adequate for me with little or no side effects, other than an erection - lol.
A lot of the stuff you can get from abroad is not Sildenafil, is a scam, and does not work effectively. |

I find that I don’t get the side effects if the dosage is right. This does mean nibbling a 100mg - getting about 8 goes out of it. Also, time of day is important, it is easier to control and know the kicking in time on an empty stomach.
I just wish Ciallis worked better but, for me and others I know, it doesn’t kick in for almost a day! |
