I'm bi curious and I saw that there is a sauna near where I'm working currently and I'm trying to get the balls to go. What are your experiences and advice for me?

Absolutely! You don’t have to do anything with anyone when you’re in there. Just go and get a feel for the place first. If you feel comfortable, you can indulge. If you don’t, you can leave. Simple!

It was my breakthrough thing tbh. There'll always be the odd pushy guy but if you're calmly assertive you'll be fine.
