"I get that but why block its just rude.."
All it means is that the person you've contacted isn't interested and blocks to save endless/pointless messages asking for/giving reasons why/why not. Stops folks being a pain in each others arse. |

Its because its easy to block without having to tell someone that you're not what they're looking for, which sometimes leads to why????? please!!!! and ok I did'nt fancy you anyway you fugly munter
Don't take it personally or it will only make you miserable |

"You sent a really crap message possibly?
I once copy and pasted a page from the bible and was blocked. Fucking Philistines. "
Was it this page?
God Will Kill Ethiopia
"You Ethiopians will also be slaughtered by my sword," says the LORD. And the LORD will strike the lands of the north with his fist. He will destroy Assyria and make its great capital, Nineveh, a desolate wasteland, parched like a desert. The city that once was so proud will become a pasture for sheep and cattle. All sorts of wild animals will settle there. Owls of many kinds will live among the ruins of its palaces, hooting from the gaping windows. Rubble will block all the doorways, and the cedar paneling will lie open to the wind and weather. This is the fate of that boisterous city, once so secure. "In all the world there is no city as great as I," it boasted. But now, look how it has become an utter ruin, a place where animals live! Everyone passing that way will laugh in derision or shake a defiant fist. (Zephaniah 2:12-15 NLT)
… ‘cos I can see why some people would be down on that

edninguy, just think you will have supa arms like Popeye!
To the OP, if they block you no worries, they probably decided you werent for them.
Breathe a sigh of relief they saved you a lot of grief.. could've been worse!
All the best! |

Blocked after sending a message ?
What's your reaction going to be when you realise that some people have blocked you before you've even looked at them ?
It's a hard knock life
You'll get over it |

"why do people block other after sending one polite message?
Any enlightenment?"
Because they looked, decided no and then removed you from further contact. In short because they chose to.
Couples and single ladies get loads of messages each day and it would take ages to reply to them. If they politely reply with a no they then often get 'but why not?' or 'your wife's ugly anyway' messages back from many of the sites more 'special' users.
Some just use block as a filter for people they've decided no to.
Forget it and move on. |

Sometimes saying no just gets a torrent of messages back so blocking just makes things final. |

I don't get why some people think its rude
To me it's just common sense and saved ping pong messages to someone you will never meet for various reasons
As said before concentrate on the people who do want to reply instead of those who don't
Btw some of the refusal mails are much much ruder and nastier than a block ! |
