For older or younger men and women who enjoy sex, one of the hardest parts of wonderful relationships is monogamy. The opinion of others, the desire not to hurt your partner and avoid feeling guilty are all among the reasons people appear to stay monogamous. But we all know that when the opportunity presents itself, both men and women statistically will stray all too easily even if they are in a loving relationship. The thrill of sexual adventure is so powerful that we can follow it impulsively even when it threatens our life. We are all programmed to be like this .
For a couple that love each other but are unable honestly to say to each other "I am never going to have, or want to have, sex with another person while we are lovers", swinging can be the answer. After all, if their hobby was tennis nobody would suggest they should play only with each other!
Swinging allows a couple to have sexual variety in there relationship; constantly reaffirms the desirability of each partner in the eyes of the other; completely negates the need or temptation for sexual deceit; provides sexual opportunities that are not really available to single people. As each partner is important in providing the other with fantastic sexual experiences beyond the desires of most, swinging can actually strengthen the bonds between a couple. I recommend swinging to couples who are BOTH sexually self-confident and adventurous and who don't seek emotional fulfillment while playing.
If you share your most sexual desires and fantasies together. If acting them out together would bring you closer rather than cause jealousy. If you are proud of your partner and want to show him or her off in an atmosphere where their assets and charm will be appreciated. If having other people present would heighten your sexual enjoyment. If you both want to do things with your bodies that you cannot do by yourselves. If you would find making love with your lover and other people mind-expanding and self-esteem enhancing: then you should consider swinging.
Many couples are helped by swinging . When one partner cannot satisfy all the sexual needs of the other. For example, it is very common for couples to come into swinging because of the female partner's desire for bisexual experiences. So long as both partners stick to their agreed rules, things will tend to go well. Some couples who have been swingers for years have never had penetrative sex with anyone other than themselves. All lifestyle couples have rules and boundaries.
The swinging world is so diverse, so open and full of trust. Some of the best marriages I have seen are those of swingers. Not because the have a pass to sleep with others but they have a huge about of love, trust , admiration for there partner. Swinging almost always brings couples closer together and often transforms relationships in to something wonderful, fun, flirtatious and caring. There are no longer dead conversations over dinner ect. Its like being newlyweds all over again. Also most couple make more friendships in one month of the lifestyle than in there entire marriage.
This lifestyle isn’t for anyone you must make sure you have a stable, trusting , loving relationship before you even consider exploring this world of pure ecstasy. |

Well that's a great post , but possibly preaching to the converted !
However , those that are just dipping their feet in the water could read this and learn a lot about the lifestyle  |
