We are looking at going to Amsterdam for a long weekend of sex and debachery in mid April. Where are the places to go to that are reasonably central to the railway station? Clubs, cinemas, shows etc? Are taxis reliable? What places should we avoid? Any advice and help would be appreciated. |

We have been twice and both times stayed at right near Dam square. You can’t go wrong then really. Not far from the station and near to everything. We stayed at Port Van Cleve Hotel. |

Carlos highly recommends staying outside the centrum. It's a stunning city with beautiful bars and restaurants.
You should try and visit a personal favourite of mine https://sluisje.nl/?lang=en
Walk as much as possible to see the city. Don't spend too long in the red light, it's a tourist trap. |

try some magic truffles and then go to the zoo. Or just sit outside coffee shop and watch world go by. Red light district bit naff tbh, just tourist trap area and all sex shops selling same stuff.
if staying further out is lot cheaper than near station, hotels are hit and miss but great trams get you anywhere but don’t run all night. Love Amsterdam |

Ah Amsterdam…
Nice things to do… plenty…canals, museums, cafes and bars to people watch. Recommend hiring a bicycle, great fun and safe way to get around. Great just cycling from bar/cafe to the next. The red light district is great and fun, very safe and a great buzz, has to be taken in even if a little naff. Take in the museums and galleries, they do it so well. And the parks, take a picnic on your bike. There is plenty time for the fun….
Naughty……Same Place for central or Fata Morgana ( a little bit out) , been to both. Look em up to see if can fit into your itinerary.
Most of all, enjoy Amsterdam, one of those special places where a continual state of horniness is maintained throughout the whole visit. |

There is a bikers bar which is cheap and fun.
I don't remember it's name but I'm quite sure it's opposite the cassa Rosa sex theatre. I did visit that once in my teens.
I've been 4 X
Adam tower is amazing with views all over and they have a rotating cafe high level but you must book. Same as Anne Frank's house.
Other than that I often just fall into things. The two euro peep show is a real giggle. Boat rides are ten a penny but enjoyable X they do a hop on hop off tour which stops at hard rock cafe X |

Alicante, Spain. (Sometimes in Wales) |
I've had some great fun as both a couple and single in the B1 cinema at Reguliersbreestraat.
Plenty of bars and coffee shops in the area if you want a break from the porn. You can get a multi visit ticket too, so you can pop back in after your break!!!
