New - how long have you been swinging?!

About 5 years ish I think! I needed something to help my self confidence and body image after a bad breakup and whilst I’m not sure if I’d recommend it as the way to go, I suppose my thinking was “Ok, you’ve always wanted to try things, either let life slide by and wonder or get out there, be nice, smile and people and see what happens!”
I’ve met one of my best friends through fab, she’s brilliant and we are close family friends now, and have had some entertaining experiences! With hopefully more to come with new friends!  |

When I started there was no net.
Contact mags were the only outlet, met one couple, introduced the lifestyle and their friends, house parties and that’s how we networked.
Different days and better in some ways… |

Yep, rendezvous and desire were my go to.

I started in 1979 using the contact magazines. Sending a postal order with your letter and contact telephone number. Because of the serious commitment there were no time wasters, so I had a 100% success rate, and made long term cuckold friends, several lasting decades. I live in a holiday hot spot, 50% of the housing is holiday homes and couples used me as their holiday plaything on a regular basis. Happy days then, the Internet and mobile phones have made contact much faster.   |

For me (Mr) I first went to a swinger club (Adam & Eve Eccles) in 1987/88 so 34/35 years. One or two breaks in between though.
Mrs H's first club (Fun4two Holland) was in 2010 so 12 years.
Still going strong and looking forward to new adventures this weekend. |

Totally agree.
The effort you had to put in to arrange meets kept timewasters away.
Always felt slightly embarrassed buying Polaroid film and a single guy told us of a place in Scotland where they developed naughty pics, so relieved when they arrived in plain brown packaging.
Still have the photos, old house, old sofa and embarrassing headboard.
Great days and there seemed to be so many more house parties.
Only regret...didn't start holidays in Cap and GC sooner.
Still haven't been to Vera yet, maybe a long weekend this summer.

Since 1985 when my then wife and I agreed to allow each other to meet others for sex, quickly followed by our first threesome and my lifelong obsession with that scenario. A couple of very long gaps following our separation; back to it in 2005 for a couple of years but then another long gap on meeting my now wife until 4 years ago when she allowed me to join Fab and since then I've never looked back. |
