Not sure such a scale exists for tightness, other than in theoretical maths, cant really apply that to the vag.

Tightness relates to elasticity I guess?
Wetness would be a measure of friction. Too wet and there is a loss of sensitivity; too dry and it's uncomfortable, particularly for the woman
