I've gone for 10 years without at one stage in my life. Right now it could be once a week or once a fortnight or even longer depending on schedules but I don't need it. I enjoy it but it's not my ultimate priority.

I can't really say I "need" sex, but after a marriage where I was severely rationed for years I'm going to make sure I don't miss out any longer.

I see my partner most weekends and we will always have sex 2-3 times at a minimum. Any swinging meets are a bonus, and I have a couple of occasional partners too (all open and above board).

So I'd say I need sex at least a couple of times a week.

Nightly. But since March 2020 twice daily (midday/afternoon romp), and every night unless Mrs on period. But these are more routine 20/30 mins sessions.

When I used to be active in the sperm donor scene I'd go thru about a half a dozen marathon sessions a month with 3-5 women. Was the best, most euphoric time of my life and supercharged my marital sex life. Our primate sexual biology really does work in interesting ways.

Everyone has their own speed. The psychology of it is pretty interesting. I'm probably just a sex addict. May not be healthy idk, but keeps me fit and youthful.

Having ended a three year drought at the end of January and survived it, I’d say I don’t need it at all.
