I think the problem we've got these days is that porn has normalised almost everything that used to be taboo. I'm sure I'm not the only one that remembers when anal really was taboo and the girls that did it pretened to their friends that they didn't do it. Changed days indeed. There really isn't much still classed as dirty but acceptable (ie not the obvious cultural and morally reprehensible no goes - children, animals and rpe.)
