In an adults only environment or are you talking about your local pool open to children and families?
If you are taking about normal everyday swimming baths then it could be a very quick route to get on the sex offenders register if your caught / reported.

Jeez even swimming pools aren't safe anymore!
Sounds like a local swimming pool where children could be around  absolutely not! It's wrong...you could always put ya bathers on and get in the shower together?! Same sort of thing really
