Lately, one particular photo of mine has highlighted quite how pale and pasty I’m looking. So I’ve a few questions
1. thoughts on pale v tanned
2. so many of you use sun beds but are obviously aware of the dangers, how do you justify this? ( not having a go, just curious)
3. How do you get on with self tan? |

I never use sunbeds.
Prefer a gradual tanner (St Moritz) than full on fake tan to have a wee bit of colour. Though I'll get a spray tan for a big night out. |
