There are many ladies on here who like a little face furniture.

I'm currently sporting a Johnny Depp goatee

If you prefer it a bit more extreme then Google image the Bavarian beard festival!

I agree about full beards. Not something I'd ever grow, but a well trimmed goatee or chin straps can be quite smart.

Chin straps? Are they for holding on to?

A goatee or a very neat trimmed facial hair looks nice.

I'm not keen on beards like those ZZ Top guys. But I will see that they do look very masculine and there's something very sexy ab out the primitive look. Like they're gonna drag you to the bedroom by your hair and throw you down and then do unspeakable dirty and naughty things with your body

I like goatees or stubble but not full bushy beards.

I'm with the general consensus that a full beard isn't good, but I do love a well kept goatee or smart stubble. I also adore long hair on a guy if it's well looked after.

My hub has a goatee and he keeps threateneing to shave it off for clubbing, as he's convinced that the ladies hate it. I don't want him to, as he doesn't look like my man with a smooth babyface and it freaks me out

I have made my view on facial topiary very clear.

I simply can't leave a hirsute face alone. It begs to be kissed and caressed.

(((Shudders))) I don't like full beards, don't even like "full" goatees. Closely trimmed goatees and stubble very sexy to me.

I've turned down playmates with beards.

I always worry that there maybe a bit of left over dinner hidden in a full of face beard somewhere

i mean they cant be hygienic can they, people moan about a bit of pubic hair being unclean so whats going on in a face beard with all the dust and stuff floating about in the air

Love love love goaties and stubbles... (not into full beard as I share the concerns over bits of dinner and other things left in there) but I soooo love a goatie.

Did I mention I find beards really sexy?

Did I?

If a man had food in his beard, he would be well worth avoiding. If he can't wash his face, he won't be washing his nether regions either.

I would say that bearded men are more aware of their cleanliness.

I agree completely. It's a common misconception. We bearded men are very clean all over.

Well I'm on my way to a ZZ Top now

Most of the guys I associate with have beards of varying lengths and styles.

Also its shampoo'd and conditioned every morning, so very soft.

Beards always look more masculine and as the O.P said clean shaven looks like guys are trying to revert to their teen years or the boy band look.

Besides, you need to be bloody good looking to be clean shaven, so the more my face is covered the better .

While stubble can look good it isn't very practical, Trace always ends up with a stubble rash round both sets of lips after an encounter with such guys.
