I am dealing with a sticky situation regarding my ex mother in law. She is very attractive and I do have thoughts to myself with how things would go if I ever had the chance. We banter and flirt quite frequently with her wearing just towels at times when I used to go round her house. She’s now invited me for dinner but I really don’t no how to go around it? Any advice? |

Your post clearly states your 'predicament' but you've left out some pertinent details around your ex-wife. Does she know? Does she even care? Do you have children? What about your ex-father-in-law? |

Just a bit of useless information a work colleague from way back mum married her ex husband was the first one to do so after law changing they had 3 children that stayed with the dad! So grandma was step mum as well x |

Going back to my late 20’s i met this girl we chatted each time we wer out even swapped numbers, next time I saw her out she was with her mum, wow i cud see wer daughter got her looks and figure from, few nights later im out and spots her mother, she comes right over after a few drinks suggests we go back to mine |

Tbf alot of the threads for stories are mother/sister in law fantasies or they had or are having an affair with them. You don't see any father/brother in law threads so she has a point in some respects. |

Theres nothing wrong in having a meal even if its with the ex's mum.
It could be for a talk.
It could be a trap that your ex has set up so you could both meet up to talk.
Really you dont know until you go.
dressed in a towel and talking/flirting means nothing.
Neither does it mean anything if there totaly naked infront of you talking.( been there myself)
In the end its all up to you if you step over and make it something else. |

With something as clear cut as this I often wonder why people even give a second thought to what they should do.
I would never dream of talking to my son in law while wearing only a towel unless we were at the beach. I'm damn sure if he was at our house, I'd somehow completely lost my mind and all sense of decency and decided to swan about in a towel when he was here he'd pretty soon leave.
