Cyber-flashing is when a person is sent an unsolicited sexual image on their mobile device by an unknown person nearby through social media, messages or other sharing functions such as Airdrop.
Would this apply to fab or not?
Under this new law they can can face up to 2 years in jail and have to sign the sexual offenders list.

It is proposed that this be added to the Sexual Offences Act 2003. If The Mail offends you then read The Times for detail.
However, be careful if you travel into Scotland. It has been an offence here for almost 10 years. |
