Big Ass Nightmare

I never usually post here but over the Christmas break I seemed to gain alot weight but mostly over my ass and thighs with some on my Stomach which is what I want to be rid of lol now I'm trying to lose it again so I can get back my self-esteem back which has been rockbottom since then I feel fat ugly a monster lol I've been speaking to 1 Personal Trainer Friend who said If worked out those areas too hard you'd loose all the Fat in that area along with all the jiggly goodness too honestly have a look at my profile and public Current Ass Vids lol the Jigg is Captivating.

So are there any safe ways of exercising that will allow me to keep the Jiggly bits I want but get rid of those pesky unwanted wobblers.

Possibly try doing some compound exercises - squats, deadlifts, overhead presses…

Would Things like the stress position work for newbies like me whom have never lifted
