Muscly, Athletic/toned or average?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Listening on radio two earlier it was reported that a recent survey said women preferred slim, athletic physiques rather than muscly men. Dadbods didn't get a mention.
So ladies on here, what do you prefer? |

"I don't find the body builder physique attractive and do prefer a more slim toned body, aesthetically.
However, personality trumps physical traits any day."

I was in the kinda muscley toned rugby player category.
Having retired from rugby a few years and a few pie's and I now find myself in the dad bod category? |

When we originally joined 8 years ago I had a very dad bod, found the inspiration to train for the first time at 44 and got decent results.. I get a lot more attention now than any other time in my adult life.
Mostly from men ?? |

I’m somewhere between a dad bod and athletic . Not totally ripped but but not got a huge gut. If I shed a bit more am ok but I think if you lose too much as an older guy it makes you look ancient ..a bit of bulk and fat is good

"Definitely a toned, rugby type build. Doesn’t need to be ripped or defined.
A muscled body is lovely to look at but would scare me up close…too perfect
Haha great minds! "
Indeed! Shall we share him? |

"I'd describe hubby as slim muscly. He is pretty toned without being bulked up. Works for me "
From the discussion afterwards on wrightys big show, I think your hubby has the physique they were on about. The guy further up the thread would be described as skinny. |
