I got a message of interest from a 23 year old woman. I asked her exactly what would interest her in a guy like me who’s old enough to be her dad’ ? She said she had “Daddy Issues”!
I deleted and blocked. The reality is I don’t really know what that even means or is ! Can someone enlighten me please  |

I may be wrong but I have understood it to be about the fact they didn't get love and attention or nurturing from a Father figure as a child so they have that emotional gap in adulthood and manifests itself in sexual ways probably in other ways too. So the age difference would be one aspect but how the dynamic of control/feeling looked after or cared for would be would be another- i don't think it is about role-playing at least as I have understood and I may be way off though! |

Your not going to find the answer here are you. Only way to know for sure is to ask the person that has 'Daddy Issues' to expand on it, youll then know for sure. I could give version of it was told other week but it wouldn't help you in the slightest |

I agree, “daddy” talk doesn’t do it for us. But if it does it for her and others then this is certainly the right site to be on and we shouldn't be shaming people for their kinks. After all it’s consensual and not illegal. Blocking is fine though as it’s not your thing then it simply narrows their audience but please do be respectful to people, a short reply stating it’s not for you before blocking would be enough. |
