I’m just not in the frame of mind to do anything about it, though." I’m the same had hernia op and Covid so gym has been on the back burner for a couple of months but I’m willing to forget what I think I look like and just do it, way I see it us men like women all shapes and sizes so surely women do too | |||

"Just a thought on this.. Do women generally not fab pictures of guy's? No accusation but the hotlist is 99.9% women.. Understand there's a prominence of men here and that in all likelihood tips the balance.. However the guy's I feel would like to feel the love too.. Just our musing...
From chatting to some women they’ve told me in the past that if they fab a pic it’s then seen as a come on and they get messages back then, over and above what they already get. I’m sure that’s not everyone but can understand. However, it’s always nice when one of your pics gets a few fabs so maybe today is the day to start a new trend of male pic appreciation

"I have zero body confidence, I’ve recently started going to the gym to get in better shape, not for anyone else but simply so that I can look at myself and not feel sad about how I look. There is a lot said in the media about how women are made to feel about their bodies but look at all the male imagery you see around of guys with muscles and six packs, it is just not something that gets talked about much. As a man writing this I also have these issues when taking pics of myself. It’s easier for a woman to put something sexy on and take pics and get lots of interest. So come on lads let’s embrace ourselves and show the ladies what we have to offer. We are all different so let’s not hide away. " I’m not shy, but I find myself having little ‘blips’ where I don’t post any new pics because 98% of the time all I receive is attention from men. But I would say a lot stems from I guess what we as guys end up thinking what a girl wants.. instead of actually finding out what they want.. Stay positive and love your body I was told." The fact has not been a problem on meets or life in general, but I'm conscious of the fact my backside can sometimes look like a patchwork quilt.. "Mr too has psoriasis, for the last couple of years he has been on injections which has made a dramatic difference! But we know all too well how it affects you mentally too. I myself suffer from rosacea (a form of acne) which I take medication for, if I miss a couple of pills I breakout like a teenager, unfortunately I can’t hide my face when I go out in public and I feel that trying to cover it with make up looks worse! Although during the pandemic face masks were welcomed by me lol xxx | |||

It did for me and I lost all confidence in my body and hated the way I was. Thankfully these injections have done wonders and I’m slowly building back up | |||
