Belts are worn over for photos as they are assecticly pleaseing this way. Belts are worn under for practicallity reasons. I've made lingery for a living. Although the new Ann summers ones I have are made with the pretty bits on the belt, knickers are plain. So if dressing to impress, have to be worn on top. Or it looks naff. |

A bit of an odd question. I know plenty of people who wear suspenders purely as underwear everyday, its got nothing specific about 'going to a club' about it.
But to answer your question it can be both. A bit like 'what goes on first? The cream or the jam?' |
