Do you plan ahead, or is it so frequent it’s habit?

Just find yourself self pleasuring without giving it much thought?

Not sure I've ever planned a wank. I do wank before I go to sleep if I'm alone, and sometimes if I'm awake early I'll bring myself off before I get up, but otherwise they tend to be spur of the moment if the urge hits at a convenient time.
